My husband and I already love Enterprise, and pretty much exclusively rent from this company in any location we can. But now I can very excitedly say we have a favorite location! And that's not just because Curacao is paradise, it's also because of the living queen that is RAIZA. From the moment Raiza brought us to our car at Enterprise Curaçao, she completely set the tone for our entire vacation. She *was* Curaçao: Warm, welcoming, positive, vibrant, and genuinely kind. We could not have had a more perfect introduction to the island. She took extra time with us, answered every question thoughtfully, and made sure we felt comfortable and excited before even leaving the lot. You can tell immediately when someone truly cares about people, and Raiza absolutely does. She was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so patient, even while balancing everything going on around her. Customer service like this stays with you. Raiza made us feel welcomed not just to Enterprise, but to Curaçao itself. An absolute superstar, and such a wonderful first memory of our trip. Quinn was amazing and a very cool guy. The only surprise was the ride from cruise port to the airport. I was expecting some sort of shuttle for the enterprise customer. Other than that it was a smooth experience.
